How Do I create an account?
- Click on the "Register" link in the header
- Enter all required information
- Click Register

How do I edit my account information
Click on the My Account link in the header. You will then need to login using your current credentials in order to edit your information.

I forgot my password, now what?
Click the My Account or Login link in the header. Under the login box you will see a link that says "forgot your password?" You will need to enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password." A temporary auto-generated password will be sent to the email address that you have registered with our site.
After logging in you will be required to change your password. You can change your Email and Password at any time by clicking on the "Change Password" link after logging in.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account in the "Register" link in the header. During signup, we will ask for your shipping address details, including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we do not ship to your country at this time.

How do I find my product?

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate our new website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located in the main navigation at the top. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You will notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
